We collect the details you give us when you place an order, submit a repair or trade-in enquiry, or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, device details and any photos you upload for a valuation.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, prepare quotes and valuations, carry out repairs, respond to enquiries, and keep you updated on the status of your order or device.
Payment information
We do not store card details. Orders are paid by EFT bank transfer using your order number as reference, or in person on collection. Proof of payment you send us is retained only for accounting purposes.
Sharing your information
We share only what is necessary with courier partners to deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data security and retention
Your information is stored in secured, access-controlled systems. Trade-in photos are kept private and visible only to authorised staff. We retain records for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where we are not legally required to keep it.
